The Haiku I offers two mounting options. The low-profile mount suits flat ceilings from 2.4m - keeping the fan close to the ceiling for lower-stud rooms. The universal mount suits flat or sloped ceilings (up to 33°) from 2.9m to over 4.3m, with a standard 508mm downrod included. A short 178mm rod is available for ceilings between 2.6–2.9m, and longer rods (1219mm, 1524mm) for high-stud spaces. See the spec sheet for the full downrod table

Minimum ceiling height requirements:

By New Zealand standard is 2.1m from floor to the lowest part of the fan. If your ceiling has a standard stud height of 2.4m then the low-profile Haiku fan is a good choice for your room.
