Dry pallets with HVLS Fans

HVLS (High Volume, Low Speed) fans are the ultimate solution for efficiently drying different substrates and products such as pallets, lumber, bricks and baking. With their powerful yet gentle airflow, these impressive fans effortlessly cover a significant area, promoting rapid evaporation and expediting the drying process for your product.

Positioning of fans

Strategically position the HVLS fans to effectively cover the entire storage area where the timber or products are located. Install the fans in a manner that guarantees consistent airflow across.  You can try the portable fans for directional airflow or utilise the industrial ceiling fans for the most effective spread of airflow across the largest area of your facility.

Elevate pallets

For optimal results in drying, it is highly recommended to raise the pallets slightly in order to facilitate proper airflow underneath. This simple adjustment will guarantee that all surfaces of the pallets are evenly exposed to the circulating air, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the drying process.

Monitor the drying process

Regularly check the condition of the product and monitor the drying progress. The time required for complete drying will depend on factors such as initial moisture levels, humidity, and air temperature.

Using HVLS fans to dry pallets can be particularly useful in settings like warehouses or storage facilities where large quantities of pallets may need to be dried after being exposed to moisture or water spills. The enhanced air circulation and evaporation promoted by HVLS fans can significantly reduce drying time and help maintain the integrity of the pallets by preventing prolonged exposure to moisture.
